Enprise customers are getting strong returns from automating the management of their warehouses - with route planning, proof of delivery, mobile inventory management and full integration with Exo now on the menu.
A recent project for Design Sheetmetal developed barcode scanning for the management of steel coils, which are the raw units of steel before they are fabricated into products. Design Sheetmetal can now see the location and grade of every coil it holds in inventory.
The Design Sheetmetal project also includes a delivery management system that uses Google maps to plan the most cost and time effective delivery route. It ensures trucks are loaded in the correct sequence, so that steel for the next delivery is always on top. This gives fast, no-hassle delivery runs.
This is technology that Enprise recommends, says Enprise Group Director Mark Loveys.
“Our Exo customers are reaping good returns on their investment in automated warehouse management, using technology that is solid and proven,” he says.
Enprise’s partner network contains companies such as the RIC Group, which specialises in MYOB Exo add-ons for warehouse management. The Design Sheetmetal project was a joint venture between Enprise and the RIC Group. The ‘Sweet by Nature’ cake and confectionary company is another well known Enprise customer that is successfully using RIC Group add-ons for MYOB Exo.
The Melbourne-based RIC Group has been an MYOB development partner for 11 years, and has solutions live at more than 800 MYOB Exo customers. Enprise and the RIC Group have a longstanding strong relationship.
