Getting support over Christmas

The year is speeding to a close, so keep this article for a quick reference on Enprise’s support hours over the Christmas break.

Enprise support is available as normal up to 5.00 p.m. on Friday 20 December 2013.

From Monday 23 December 2013 to Friday 3 January 2014 skeleton support will be available during regular working hours (8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., NSW time), apart from the statutory holidays when we will be closed. Normal support resumes from Monday 6 January 2013.

If it’s your company’s year-end, please contact Enprise support for documentation to help with end-of-year processes.
