Two quick Exo timesaver tips: October 2016

Exo has plenty of shortcuts to make your work a breeze.

This month we look at storing your Exo Business database name and username in your Exo Shortcut and how to use the ‘CSV Output’ option in Exo Employer Services to export specific data into Excel...

Quick Tip 1:

You can store your Exo Business database name and username in your ‘Exo Shortcut’ so it will always default to the right database and username.   Right-click on the shortcut and select Properties.

Quick Tip 2:

In Exo Employer Services, many reports have a CSV Output option that will allow you to select just the fields you want to export out into Excel.  This is useful if you just want specific data on a spreadsheet, e.g. employee names and email addresses.
