Dairy equipment importer Dairymaster has selected MYOB Exo in the cloud, using the Enprise ExoHosted Service, allowing mobile sales staff to access information on the go and avoiding replacement of aging servers.
Dairymaster’s mobile sales force will use their existing devices (iPads) to access MYOB Exo via Enprise ExoHosted. They will have access to customer details, pricing, stock availability and more while they’re on the road servicing dealers around the country.
The company didn’t want to invest in replacing old servers and hardware, says Dairymaster IT Manager Daniel Burrows.
“Our manuals and other documentation are already in the cloud, so this move makes sense. We have been using Xero with an add-on called Unleashed, but it has created heaps of paperwork for us. We’ve had two main problems. Depending on time of day, it’s very slow. You have to enter everything line by line and you can’t change anything - you have to enter credits instead. The demonstration Enprise did showed us that Exo will solve all of this.”
