Terms and Conditions of Offer

Upon receipt of your feedback through the Customer Monitor Survey, Enprise Solutions Ltd or Enprise Australia Pty Ltd will credit one (1) hour of chargeable work to your account. This credit will be applied within two (2) months of completing the survey.

This one hour credit will be offset against any chargeable work that Enprise perform in the service of your company. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the work that this credit will be applied against. Enprise Solutions will also not be liable for failure to receive your feedback.

Only one credit per customer per survey round.  Surveys will usually be issued every six (6) months.
