The year is speeding to a close, so keep this article for a quick reference on Enprise's support hours over the Christmas break.
Enprise support will be available as normal up to 5.00pm on Christmas Eve, and then during regular working hours (8.30am to 5.00pm) over the Christmas period, apart from the statutory holidays when we will be closed.

- Clarity Training Course in February - teaching you to write your own reports for Exo.
- New business intelligence and reporting solutions for Exo – offering an overview of new BI and reporting modules.
- Customer Update Seminar for version 8.1 in February / March – showcasing the new version of Exo being launched in February 2011.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Online launch in April – giving an overview of the huge changes to this new version of Microsoft CRM, including a fully hosted service model with payment 'per user, per month'.
