A web-based application called EBS Mobile allows you to connect with your MYOB Exo database from a hand-held mobile device, giving ‘anywhere, anytime’ access to a variety of functions required for day-to-day management of sales activities.
EBS Mobile is designed to give an instant connection and update of your live Exo data no matter where you are. Being inside a mobile data coverage area is the only requirement.
The ability to access MYOB Exo while out of the office - and to enter data directly into Exo from any location - can boost the productivity of sales representatives, says Enprise Wellington General Manager Peter Chung.
“There are clear advantages in being able to amend service records immediately after a customer visit, or to have completely accurate data on which to base quotes,” he says.
“The ability to check customer history and answer any customer query ‘on the fly’ can help drive better customer service.”
