MYOB will release its long awaited Customer Relationship Management module as part of the release of version 8.3 of MYOB Exo, and Enprise is offering a 25% licensing discount for customers moving from any competing CRM system to Exo CRM.
Customers have until the end of 2011 to take up the special 25% discount on licensing. To help customers decide whether or not to shift to Exo CRM, Enprise is running two free CRM seminars (details below) to demonstrate the features of the new module.
The new MYOB Exo CRM module offers complete visibility and control over the entire end-to-end sales workflow, helping you to manage every customer interaction effectively, says Enprise Auckland General Manager Matt Sealy.
“EXO CRM is fully integrated with Exo Business, so all prospect and customer information from activities, tasks, emails and quotes through to sales histories is available in a centralised database,” he says.
“This comprehensive integration eliminates the need for any of the double-handling, inconsistencies or re-keying that inevitably arises through the use of multiple systems.”
- Debtor, Creditor, Lead and Contact management in one place
- “My Day” dashboard to display all of a user’s daily activities
- Sales opportunity management integrated through to sales orders or job costing
- Sales budgets and sales performance management
- Dashboards and reports presented using the Exo Analytics module
MYOB Exo CRM is sold on a per concurrent user basis for $945.00 per user and a 20% annual licence fee.
Existing clients using competitive CRM offerings are entitled to a 25% discount on EXO CRM Licences purchased by 31/12/2011. **
