Enprise has appointed a former accountant with seven years of Exo consultancy experience to the newly created role of Client Engagement Manager, responsible for working with existing Enprise customers to ensure maximum value from their MYOB Exo investment.

Kris Schneider is a former accountant who also has a degree in Business Innovation.  In a career spanning 25 years she has been a small business owner herself, worked at a global manufacturing corporate in the aerospace industry, performed business management consulting and spent seven years as a senior Exo consultant and account manager.

Kris also spent two years at Enprise in the past, working as a project consultant on new implementations. Enprise Group CEO Mark Loveys says he’s delighted to welcome her back.

“This is a senior appointment that will have significant benefits for our installed customer base,” he says.

“We created the Client Engagement Manager role especially for Kris. She is good with people and has a deep knowledge of Exo. Her appointment signals a fresh focus on looking after Enprise’s installed customers, who are extremely important to us. Kris Schneider says she believes in enabling business improvement and growth through the use of systems, and has personal experience in many industries including manufacturing, import/distribution, retail, service, education, healthcare and hospitality.

“Each customer is different, but most businesses can unlock extra value from their Exo system,” she says.

“That extra value can be sizeable. It may come from a new feature they don’t know about, or a process that can be streamlined to save time and money. Sometimes the business has grown since go-live, and simply reconfiguring some processes can pay great dividends. I’m looking forward to getting out and engaging with customers, and unlocking that hidden value.”
