MYOB Payroll upgrade version 2012.03 is available for download now. It contains new options for the import of MyStaffInfo leave requests; updates the Employees Report; allows faster viewing of report PDFs; resolves issues and more.
As a first step, please save your contact.ini file (emailed to you this month by Kris Schneider) to the same location as your payroll software – this will update the support provider contact details. To find out where your payroll is installed, log into Payroll and go to Help > About.
To update your software, log into your Payroll software as normal. Go to the Help menu and select the ‘Upgrade Software Online’ option. You can download the full release notes including step-by-step update instructions here.

Please Note: if you upgrade your Payroll and NOT Mystaffinfo Management Console, the console will still provide the same function and operation as per the previous/current version. Also the new feature available in controlling the auto-reduction of leave will be non-functional. MYOB recommends that all sites using both Payroll and Mystaffinfo upgrade to these latest versions.
