Enprise is becoming a magnet for firms operating on both sides of the Tasman, as Exo users look for service providers that can implement and support Exo across both the Australian and New Zealand markets.
Since Enprise began operating ten years ago it has opened branches in Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland, Wellington, Hamilton and most recently South Africa. The company’s trans-Tasman reach has proved attractive to businesses that operate in both Australia and New Zealand, says Enprise Group Chief Executive Mark Loveys.
“A number of independent market surveys have all indicated that MYOB Exo is the most popular choice for new purchases of mid-market ERP systems in Australasia – and our experience is that regional users want to deal with a regional service provider,” he says.
“The people at Enprise developed MYOB Exo, so we have some of the best MYOB Exo consulting resources in the Asia Pacific region. We are finding that smaller businesses like to have a local contact for their ERP solutions, but also want the capability and support of a national organisation.
Larger companies want local support for their branches around both Australia and New Zealand. Our strategy is to be close to our customers on the ground, while offering the benefits of centralised online support services on demand.”
A key part of Enprise’s growth plans is its sophisticated online and phone support centre for MYOB Exo.
“We are providing this directly to our own customers, but we’re also in discussion with other MYOB Exo service providers interested in signing their own customers on to the service,” Mark Loveys says. Enprise’s regional capability extends beyond Exo to a hand-picked suite of proven companion products, including Electronic Data Interfaces, CRM, hosting, integration and Business Intelligence solutions.
“Our Microsoft CRM team, for example, has developed sophisticated workflow solutions for some of our largest customers on both sides of the Tasman,” Mark Loveys says.
“When I look at our customer base today, one thing that strikes me is how many customers have stayed with us since the beginning. We have dozens of customers that have been with us for the full duration of Enprise’s ten year history. We really appreciate their long term vote of confidence and we’re looking forward to improving and further developing our services over the next ten years.”
