New help desk resource to boost ‘one call’ resolution

Joanne Findlay has joined the Enprise help desk, giving Enprise customers a dedicated resource for payroll and software license registration queries.

Joanne Findlay has a strong background in sales and administration, and is enjoying the one-on-one contact with Enprise customers.

“I’m loving the contact with people and being able to concentrate on each individual customer until their query is resolved,” she says. “So far I have been getting a lot of queries around superannuation setup, annual leave accruals and termination payments – but it’s early days yet.”
