Hamilton branch fortified by new general manager

Kris Schneider has taken up her new role as General Manager Waikato, beefing up Enprise’s presence in the region and giving customers there the benefit of a highly experienced local account manager.

Kris Schneider – a former accountant with seven years of Exo consultancy experience – has made the move to Waikato from Enprise’s Auckland office, where she was Client Engagement Manager. Enprise has a full team based in Hamilton, including sales, implementation, support and account management expertise.

Enprise has always had a local presence in the Waikato. That presence has now strengthened and deepened, says Kris Schneider.

“We have excellent support and implementation resources in Tanya Fulton and Gail Brown, who are Hamilton-based. They deal with calls that are referred from the support line, and also work directly with customers to execute projects and implementations. What’s new is that I am taking on the role of local account manager for our customers in the Waikato.”

The most important job of an account manager is to help existing customers extract more value from their Exo investment. Enprise’s experience is that most businesses can unlock extra value from their Exo system, and in some cases that value is sizeable.
