There is a huge range of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions in the market. Enprise customers already have a lot of the spade work done for them, because Enprise does not sell CRM products that are only average, or known to have difficulties.
The CRM solutions Enprise offers comprise a carefully chosen range of what we believe are the best solutions available. We can host, implement, integrate, manage and support everything in this select range – and our CRM team knows how each product can be customised specifically to your business’s needs. Configuring the correct CRM system to fit the individual business is essential, and that’s where the CRM team’s expertise adds real value.
Enprise has an experienced CRM team that has worked on integrated solutions that range in size from two to 70 users across varying industries and company demographics. A real driver for most companies to look at CRM systems is to have one point of truth for their most important business information and processes, and the ability to use this information in the most effective way.
Enprise’s CRM team enjoys problem solving and streamlining business processes to show real value quickly. The team includes Michael Jacobson – seen here on the left of the team photo – who is a Senior CRM Microsoft Certified Consultant with more than five years’ experience. Michael has worked on small to very large projects in the education, wholesale distribution and professional services sectors. Phil Marx, also a five-year Microsoft Certified Consultant, and Enprise's Senior CRM Developer, has been there from the start of Enprise’s CRM movement. Phil uses his experience in solution design and development to deliver on tricky requirements for standard CRM implementations, as well as highly customised stakeholder management systems. Joining the team recently is a dedicated support resource in the form of John Towgood – on the right of the team photo. John is experienced in customer service and the use of relationship management systems. Last but not least (standing between Michael and John) is Helen Marx, a certified Microsoft CRM Pre-sales Consultant who has wide-ranging CRM system pre-sales design and project management experience.
Choose from Microsoft CRM, MYOB CRM or Web Ninja
MYOB CRM is for opportunity-pipeline-based CRM with intricate quoting; Web Ninja is a web-based ‘software as a service’ product that offers very strong direct mail and customisable reporting; while Microsoft CRM is a richly featured product that spans all sales, marketing campaign and service activities, offering sales and service force automation capabilities. Microsoft CRM also offers a development platform that is second to none for extending the system into operational capacities and mobility options. Enprise can integrate all of these CRM products with MYOB Exo and Microsoft Outlook, delivering a total solution that can offer real value to every customer-centric organisation.
It’s usually a clear decision as to which one is the best fit, says Helen Marx.
“They are very different applications. MYOB CRM is a simple, easy-to-use solution for smaller companies looking for basic opportunity management and quoting. Web Ninja is hard to beat for cloud-based contact and marketing management. When it comes to Microsoft CRM you can make it do almost anything – and its browser, mobile or Outlook-based nature makes it available to anyone anywhere.”
