Enprise Group (NZAX: ENS) has reported a net profit before tax of $232,000 for the 2014-2015 financial year. Recurring revenue grew to almost 50 percent of total revenue of $7 million.
Enprise Group CEO Mark Loveys says the Group’s results are particularly pleasing as Enprise made significant strategic investment in future growth across its three operating divisions, as well as writing off $119,000 in one-off costs associated with moving its stock exchange listing from Australia to the NZAX.
“I’m particularly pleased with the level of investor support, with our share price moving up 11 percent since our listing in December last year,” he says.
Investment for growth continued across each of Enprise’s operating divisions:
In February this year Enprise bought MYOB EXO practice Global Bizpro, the second biggest reseller of the software in New Zealand. This acquisition is expected to add about $1.6 million in annual revenue. MYOB Exo is the top selling mid-market ERP software suite in Australia and New Zealand.
“We are the clear market leader in New Zealand for MYOB Exo. We plan to extend this market leadership to Australia within three years, leveraging our position as the only MYOB Exo reseller with offices in both New Zealand and Australia to target trans-Tasman businesses," Mark Loveys says.
At Enprise Software, significant investment was made in redeveloping the entire Enprise Software suite to operate on SAP’s new HANA database platform. This has positioned the company internationally for the re-release of the product suite later this year, says Mark Loveys.
“In early 2015 Enprise Software released a new cloud-based solution “Enprise Anywhere” that joined our suite of software offerings via SAP Business One. We have already signed North American customers for this new cloud solution.”
At Datagate Innovation, Enprise Group has also invested heavily in ongoing development of a market-leading Cloud Billing Engine and Customer Self Service Portal. Datagate is a new product that is exploiting the convergence of IT resellers and Telcos.
“Datagate is now live at four customer sites with two more sites undergoing final installation,” Mark Loveys says. “This year we’ll look to extend our Datagate sales efforts into international markets via our SAP Business One network relationships.”
