A new support contract option – called a Subscription contract – gives you unlimited day-to-day support for MYOB Exo Business and selected third party products.
Subscription contracts cover all general support work under one monthly or annual fee.
Support Manager Murray Dudding says it gives companies certainty over their monthly EXO support costs.

Planned work that would normally be quoted, like upgrades or report writing, will still be quoted and billed as normal.
