Exo has plenty of shortcuts to make your work a breeze. This month we look at changing transaction dates, and how to handle 'External Violation' errors...

Quick Tip One

Transaction dates: If you right click on the General Ledger Transactions tab and go to ‘Edit transaction references’ you can easily change the date of the transaction.

Quick Tip Two

External Violation errors: If you get an 'External Violation' error, this usually means you’ve lost connectivity to either the Exo executable on your apps server, or to your database.

You will need to close Exo and re-open it to resolve this error. Enprise can help with suggestions to eliminate these errors if they continue to occur.  Contact our support team for further assistance.
