Joanne Findlay and Swaren Veygal are both Enprise Account Managers. They are working together to ensure customers across the country get access to training and regular system reviews.
Joanne Findlay (Jo) is taking up an Account Manager position after more than three years in a first tier support role with the Enprise Helpdesk. As a member of the Helpdesk team she was a dedicated resource for receiving and resolving Payroll and software licence registration queries from customers.
Jo’s new Account Manager role capitalises on her many years of experience in customer service prior to joining Enprise. Jo is certified in Exo Payroll and has worked in a variety of industries. She is well qualified to offer advice on business improvement opportunities and is excited about ‘getting things done’ for her clients. Jo will also continue to perform a customer support role of sorts – she is responsible for coordinating customer training. Jo arranges group courses, webinars and onsite training according to customer needs.
“An important part of my job is to make sure customers can get the training they need, when they need it,” Jo Findlay says.
“That means responding quickly to customer training demands and helping to identify customers who can get a rapid return on an investment in new skills.”
Working with Jo to deliver on this brief is Swaren Veygal. He is an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in finance and accounting. His core mission is to phone all Enprise customers at least four times a year, as well as arranging an annual onsite visit. These regular points of contact ensure timely system reviews.
