Introducing Enprise's new Support Team Leader, Roselyn Nand.
Roselyn Nand’s job is to speed up support call resolution by providing a fast and efficient pathway for support escalations.
Roselyn has recently been promoted from Exo Business Consultant to Support Team Leader. Enprise has grown its support team by 30 percent in the last 18 months and Roselyn says her main mission is to speed up resolutions for customers by streamlining the escalation process.
“A big part of my job is to make sure support call escalations are managed in a speedy and structured way,” she says.
“In my new role I use my experience to help other Helpdesk staff as required and quickly escalate an issue if necessary. I began my career answering calls on the Helpdesk before becoming an Exo Business Consultant, then Principal Payroll Support Consultant. I’m also an MYOB Advanced People Certified Consultant. I know the answer to issues we encounter daily, but one of the reasons I really love my job is that every day is different. I get to learn new things every day – with software, I don’t think you ever finish learning.”
Roselyn has a degree in Accounting and Information Systems. She has been with Enprise for six years. Originally from Fiji, Roselyn is married and has a daughter called Ayahna.
Roselyn and the support team deliver trans-Tasman on-site and remote support for MYOB Exo Business, MYOB Advanced Business and MYOB Exo Employer Services. The team also supports add-on products sold by Enprise that integrate with core ERP systems.
