Enprise is pleased to welcome James Miller, Ruvimbo Tambara and Utkarsh Lungare into the support team.
“These three talented support consultants each bring recognised and needed skills and knowledge in MYOB Advanced, customer service, MYOB Exo and accounting to the team, which is valuable for our customers,” says Enprise Support Manager, Murray Dudding. “They are also a good fit with the customer-centric culture of the team. It’s great to have them on board.”
Utkarsh (Nick) Lungare joined Enprise from another ERP company, where he worked as a developer and consultant. He is an experienced and certified MYOB Advanced consultant and is also very experienced with Sage. Utkarsh holds a Masters in Information Systems from University of Auckland and a Bachelors in IT from Pune University (India). “Utkarsh has a high degree of technical experience and is an experienced developer,” says Murray Dudding. “He adapts quickly and learns new skills easily – such as report writing and SQL Database. Utkarsh’s main focus in the team will be on providing support for MYOB Advanced, and report writing.” Utkarsh likes to swim and read books in his leisure time.
Ruvimbo (Rue) Tambara joined Enprise in 2014 and initially worked on reception before transitioning into the Office Manager role in Auckland. “Rue was our Office Manager until we stole her away into the support team,” says Murray. “Rue has also worked as our assistant accountant and she has a very good understanding of MYOB Exo from a user perspective. Statements, purchase orders, bank reconciliations, book balancing – she’s done the lot.” Rue has a Masters in Professional Accounting from AUT and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Solusi University. “Rue can relate to accountants and understand their requirements from their perspective, which is very useful,” Murray says. In her spare time, Rue loves going on road trips.
James Miller has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations/Politics and a Bachelor of Business in Accounting. He lived and worked in America for a year after completing his studies – an experience he describes as ‘fantastic’, made even better by the opportunity to work as a line cook in New Orleans! Murray says: “James has great skills, lots of customer service experience and has a very good way of relating to people.”
