Co-SYS customers are beginning to adopt new cloud-based software options that stem from a partnership between Co-SYS Group and Enprise Solutions.
Co-SYS and Enprise work together to deliver an extensive range of cloud-based solutions to Co-SYS customers, with full service and support. They include the MYOB Exo and MYOB Advanced software platforms plus a broad range of cloud-hosted CRM, business intelligence, inventory forecasting, e-commerce, job costing, EDI and other solutions.
Retaining customisations is the number one criterion for most Co-SYS customers exploring their cloud options, says Peter Chung, Enprise’s Southern Region Sales Manager.
“They pretty much always want a fast and cost-effective way to retain their Co-SYS customisations while moving to the cloud,” he says.
“We deliver a cloud path that succeeds on all fronts. It’s easy for Enprise to modify bespoke applications developed by Co-SYS to interface with cloud options. By using the application’s API we retain and protect all of the customer’s previous technology investment.”
This makes it more attractive for customers who want to ‘keep and add’ to their business systems rather than start from scratch, he says.
“Often the customer has systems that work fine but they need to add e-commerce or some other type of functionality. Or they’ll find that a new server is too expensive, and cloud-hosting is attractive, but they want to keep their heavily customised systems. We work with each business to see what they need and how best to deliver it.”
