Covid-19 Level 4 lockdown update: 19 August 2021
Enprise will continue to deliver support to all customers during the Covid-19 Level 4 lockdown, and at all levels beyond that.
"Enprise has a proven plan in place, developed during the first lockdown in 2020, to ensure continuity of support throughout the pandemic period," says Murray Dudding, Service Delivery Manager New Zealand.
“I'd like to remind customers that your day-to-day phone and remote support services will continue as normal,” he says.
“Our distributed support system ensures team members throughout New Zealand and Australia can deliver the bulk of support remotely to your business. This dedicated, full-time team, comprised of Enprise and Kilimanjaro support staff, will continue to deliver customer support services without interruption. Onsite visits will be assessed based on current medical advice. We’ll work with each customer to find the best support solution for them.”
