Office closure and support
Our offices will be closed from 2:00pm NZDT, Thursday 23 December 2021. We will resume normal business on Monday 10 January 2022.
We will, however, have a skeleton team in place to attend to any urgent support queries you may have throughout the year-end period.

There is no grace period for API licences. We encourage clients to settle their payments for licence renewal before Thursday 16 December 2021. If you believe that your licences are due for renewal during this time, and we have not already contacted you, please call or email us as soon as possible.
Our implementation teams return on Monday 10 January 2022 and look forward to assisting you to grow your business in the New Year.
If you are considering any upgrades or changes to your IT infrastructure during the shut-down period, please get in touch with us so that we can schedule our resources to assist you. Please do not attempt to make any major changes without our input. Please note consulting resource availability may be limited during this period.
MYOB Exo backups
This is a good opportunity to check your system backups. You should already have a strict backup regime in place, but make sure you test the restore process at least once a year. For our MYOB Exo clients, this should include not only your SQL database but any supporting Clarity files.
The Training Team is back on Monday 10 January 2022 and is looking forward to providing new ways for clients to upskill on their MYOB products.
