Murray manages Enprise Solutions’ support team, which provides dedicated support and issue resolution for Enprise customers on both sides of the Tasman. His role encompasses three core areas: providing a point of contact for clients wanting to develop their business systems; offering advice and consulting experience to clients to scope and understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions, then brief the AMs and kick off the project; and issue resolution.
Murray first came to Enprise in 2006 in support consultant role, bringing with him a deep dedication to providing and maintaining excellent customer service. Prior to Enprise, Murray worked as a tax accountant for Ernst & Young and Deloitte Touche Tomatsu while on his OE in the UK. He also worked as an implementation consultant for UXC Oxygen. IN 2009, Murray left Enprise to work for a year as a technical consultant on Cortex hosting platform installations for EMS-Cortex, a division of Enprise Group that was sold to Citrix Systems in 2011. He returned to Enprise in 2010, re-joining the support team as a senior consultant. Murray took up the Support Manager role in 2013.
Murray has exceptional knowledge of accounting principles and MYOB Exo and Advanced, as well as special expertise in getting the best out of Clarity Report writer and the comprehensive MYOB Exo Job Costing module. He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Human Resource Management and a Diploma of Business Studies (Management Systems) from Massey University.
